This project was set up to answer a recurring issue in business: extremely capable staff conducting interesting work, but in silos. The client, a rapidly growing IT company, hired me as a consultant to explore this problem, design and participate in the implementation of practical solutions.
I put together a team to tackle the issue in 2 fronts: research leading to a diagnosis with recommendations and training. The research was tacked with the collaboration of a psychologist and the training was set-up as a series of workshops with hand picked professionals with different approaches to Storytelling: a journalist, a Visual Thinker, Infographic artists and a content strategist.
The research and diagnosis were conducted alongside the training and the project ended with the first (of many) PechaKucha event of the company.
