I was part of the core team - led by IDEO - that defined the vision, structure and strategy for the newly established WMS Innovation unit at Itaú. We conducted in-depth interviews with key internal stakeholders, analogous and desk research, followed by analysis sessions and internal workshops. We went through a thorough process that involved interacting with key stakeholders along the way. As a result we designed a strategic framework and produced tools to be used by the innovation team in coaching and projects with different business areas.
