This project involved research and concept generation work for the development of new recruitment models for a large corporation. Our client needed to get into the mindset of the brightest young people, who aren’t attracted to the old selection and hiring methods used by big corporations anymore. We conducted conversation and co-creation group activities with carefully selected graduates and developed 3 completely new models for the identification, attraction and selection of new talent. Two of these models are currently being implemented by the client.
