I am a user centered design professional: design researcher and service designer with background in product and interaction design. I have a BA in Product Design from Central Saint Martins and an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art in London. I currently work as Associate Director of User Experience at Head London.

I develop and lead research and design projects by pulling together teams to answer specific or open client briefs - sometimes helping clients to generate a project brief. I draw from my experience working for consultancies and large corporations, the understanding of the challenges and limitations of both worlds, to create no-nonsense, tailor-made projects.

I love what I do because it allows me to uncover real end-user needs and design for them - within commercial and business constraints - creating implementable solutions that make sense to people and the context in which they live and work.

I also coach, teach and write about design.
